Annual meeting and election of the directors (as applicable). The Annual Meeting shall be a time to report the activity of the sewer utility to the Freeholders. All Freeholders are invited to attend. At this meeting, there will not be any elections given there were no interested parties. Current directors shall continue in their term, while newer members will be confirmed by the Whitley County Board of Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting. Typically, Freeholders within a Zone having Director vacancies would vote according to the Voting Rules and Procedures established by the Blue Lake Conservancy District. The Board of Directors has posted legal and public notice of the agenda in local newspapers.
