While the concerns of COVID-19 outbreak are diminishing given the availability of a vaccine for many, the Blue Lake Conservancy District (BLCD) shall continue to observe several healthful strategies to ensure the safety of our contractors and Freeholders: 1) Visitors to BLCD offices and/or meetings are required to wear a mask and anyone refusing shall be barred from entering or visiting the BLCD offices; 2) BLCD Contractors may ask Freeholders to wear a mask in any BLCD dealings and interactions, and may refuse service for non-compliance and/or if they feel their personal health and safety is at risk; 3) The BLCD business office is open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm, by appointment, as needed, and by phone at 260-693-0281. Billing questions may also be sent to Billing@Bluelakeconservancydistrict.com 4) The BLCD shall observe social distancing, the wearing of face masks and any other such requirements put forth by the Governor of the State of Indiana or the Federal Government, as applicable. Limitations to meeting size and other such restrictions may include restricting entrance to and/or cancellation of meetings.
