Open meeting of the Board of Directors to address the business of the utility including, but not limited to, the approval and payment of bills, review of meeting minutes, discussion of future plans for the utility, Freeholder issues including processing and billings, Maintenance Superintendent activities, and other matters that may be brought before the Board.
