ATTENTION BLUE LAKE RESIDENTS -- Public meetings were recently held in contemplation of a rate increase for the monthly sewage processing by the Blue Lake Conservancy District (BLCD). New rates, to be brought in over a three-year period, were approved. Your monthly RESIDENTIAL rates are as follows: $81.50 Effective 4/1/2020 $85.75 effective 1/1/21 $89.75 effective 1/1/22 If you own an empty lot that is served by the BLCD, the rate for bond/debt service is now $50.35. This is a fixed payment not subject to an increasing schedule. Randy Grawcock CPA, acting Finance Clerk, is generating NEW monthly sewage bills. If you do NOT want a paper billing to be mailed to your house, please write to billing@bluelakeconservancydistrict.com with your name and address noting your desire to NOT receive the billing. If you pay your bill electronically from your bank, please be sure to CHANGE THE MONTHLY remittance to $81.50. Or just do it the easy way! Pay by credit card on our website, www.bluelakeconservancydistrict.com ALSO NOTE: Effective April 1, 2020, your bill is DUE ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH! While late fees will be waived for April payments, going forward LATE FEES will be assessed for payments received AFTER the 1st of EACH MONTH.
